Hootsuite

Hootsuite is one of the leading SaaS social media management platforms in the industry.

 

The system's user interface takes the form of a dashboard, and supports social network integrations for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.

In this role, I develop and execute strategies to create habit forming SaaS products and improve overall product retention.

I work cross functionally within our growth organization of product managers, customer researchers, and designers to define, measure, segment, and analyze retention, activation, and engagement across the customer lifecycle.

2018 - 2020

MARKETING MANAGER

Vivametrica

Vivametrica is a SaaS health analytics company that builds tools to measure human health.

​

This technology builds tools to organize health data in a way that it makes sense to people. It uses health data from wearable devices and smartphones to measure overall health.

Working in a bootstrapped startup I wore many hats. From product marketing,  business development, and investment relations, I was responsible for positioning and creating the go-to-market strategies into complex underwriting systems for clients and prospects in Insurance and Health.

I designed and developed the company's first overall brand and messaging strategy, to align organizational vision across several stakeholders and investors. This positioning led to the company's eventual acquisition by Sprout, a leading global corporate wellbeing platform.

2016 - 2018

CLIENT MARKETING SPECIALIST, SPECIALTY RETAIL

LoyaltyOne (AIR MILES)

LoyaltyOne is a global leader in shopper analytics and loyalty program strategy, solutions and services, for Fortune 1000 clients around the world.

LoyaltyOne owns one of the largest loyalty programs in Canada - The AIR MILES Reward Program. 

I led the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies for a diverse set of retailers company's 'Specialty Retail' portfolio. The portfolio included a diverse array of industries such as government, auto, real estate, and even medical devices.

 

I managed hundreds of multichannel campaigns using segmentation approaches and customer transaction data via channels such as email, mobile push, paid ads, and social media.
